During a roadshow through China, Taiwan and Korea Willi Brandenburg joined HKOEIC 2011.

Organised for the first time in Hong Kong, this 2-day conference aims to bring together stakeholders of Optical Science and Technology including industrial experts, engineers and academics from around the world to discuss their most recent advances and ideas.

Beside Dr. Eugene Arthurs, CEO of SPIE and Professor Qingming Luo, Vice President (Research) of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Director of Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, there were a number of distinguished overseas and local invited speakers from industry and academia.

Willi Brandenburg's presentatin "The Advanced Design for Automotive Headlamps" was a great success.
